Who We Are..
The founders of IT WORKS Computing have years of experience working with and troubleshooting computer networks. We come from a support background that ranges from the desktop to the backroom servers. We have worked for various types of companies including government agencies, Global 500 companies and small businesses.

At IT WORKS Computing, our full time job is to service our customers. We do not do work 'on the side' or do this 'as a second job'. This is our job! That means we work when you work and we are available whenever you need us to be available.

IT WORKS Computing FAQ's
Q: We already have an IT staff; can we still use IT WORKS Computing?
A: Yes. If a project deadline is approaching, we work with your IT Staff to make it.

Q: We have a project that we would like IT WORKS Computing to help us with;
do we have to sign a long-term contract?
A: No. In fact many of our customers call us on an as needed basis for tasks such as wiring an office, configuring PC's, Troubleshooting issues and many more.

Q: Can we have IT WORKS Computing support for us only a few hours every month?
A: Yes. We have flexible maintenance plans based upon your hourly requirements.

Q: If a problem occurs how fast can I get help from IT Works Computing?
A: Very fast. We respond to problems over the phone usually within the hour. Depending on the urgency and/or nature of problem if needed we can usually be on site in a matter of hours. We are able to do this because we set aside time in our daily schedules for just such emergencies.

Q: What if we don't have a network yet; can we still use IT WORKS Computing?
A: Not a problem. We build, fix and maintain computer networks systems.
We welcome startup environments as well as pre-existing environments.

Q: How does IT WORKS differentiate itself from other vendors?
A: We believe that it is our service, availability during peak hours and our willingness to answer all of your questions. Also, we always try to present our clients with several different solutions to any of their networking needs.
